Prior to establishing a solo practice, Eric Gross was a founder and partner of Whitsitt & Gross P.C. in Carbondale, since 2000. Eric has been an attorney since 1994, earning his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Eric’s practice focuses on business, real estate, local government, land use, community associations, and wills. Eric also provides arbitration and mediation services.

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, hiking and traveling. Eric also is a professional singer, songwriter and piano player.

Laurel Lamont Mediator and Office Manager

Laurel Lamont worked as Chief Probation Officer of the 5th Judicial District for 17 years prior to joining the firm. She grew up in Boulder Colorado and spent 10 years in Boston working with youth and families. Laurel earned a Master in Education degree from Boston University specializing in Counseling Psychology and has training in Mediation/Conflict Resolution. Laurel and Eric Gross provide co-mediation services when additional skill sets are valuable.
